Apply: build an execution rhythm with milestones, owners, tracking and a defined approach for work that falls behind.
Module 05
Use AI to Design & Build
Learn: use tools such as Claude to think through requirements, challenge workflows, draft SOPs, create implementation documentation and accelerate repetitive project work.
Apply: use AI to produce or improve selected systemization artifacts while retaining human review and decision-making.
Module 06
Test, Learn & Improve
Learn: process testing, scenario design, exception testing, user feedback, adoption measures, defect logging and continuous improvement.
Apply: run the proposed process through real or simulated scenarios, identify failures and revise the process before finalizing it.
