80/20 Training · Strategic Execution
Are we executing the right priorities?
Teach managers and teams how to translate priorities into clear projects, ownership, visible work, execution rhythms and measurable progress.
Program promise
By the end of the program, participants can identify the few priorities that matter most, turn them into clear execution plans, assign ownership, run work through accountable sprints, surface blockers early and measure progress against defined outcomes.

Learning outcomes
Applied practicum
Participants bring one real strategic priority into the program and use it as the practicum. They do the planning, ownership mapping, sprint design and review work themselves, then demonstrate that they can run the method without the instructor doing the project for them.
