Module 01

Understand Your DISC Pattern

Learn: the four DISC styles, natural behavioural tendencies, pace, priorities and common workplace strengths or blind spots.

Apply: identify how your own style shapes communication, decisions and collaboration.

Module 02

Read the Other Person

Learn: recognize behavioural cues without stereotyping and identify what different styles tend to need from a workplace interaction.

Apply: analyze a real working relationship and identify where style differences are creating friction.

Module 03

Adapt Communication

Learn: adjust pace, level of detail, tone, structure and emphasis for different DISC styles.

Apply: rewrite or rehearse one important communication for a different style.

Module 04

Delegate & Set Expectations

Learn: adapt delegation, clarity, autonomy, follow-up and feedback so expectations land more effectively.

Apply: prepare a delegation or accountability conversation for a real employee or colleague.

Module 05

Handle Conflict & Difficult Conversations

Learn: recognize how DISC tendencies can shape conflict behaviour, stress responses and defensiveness.

Apply: plan a difficult conversation using a DISC-informed approach while keeping standards and accountability intact.

Communicate Change

Learn: understand how different styles may respond to uncertainty, speed, detail, involvement and risk during change.

Apply: build a communication plan for one upcoming or current workplace change.
